Here's exactly how a project runs with East Wood Builders — who does what at each stage, and what you get back — so there are no unknowns before you pick up the phone. We get involved early and stay open with you; we look at ourselves as stewards of your project.

Free consultation and estimate
Chris comes out, walks the space with you and gives an honest read on what the job actually involves — what the structure will take, what it will not, and what it is realistically going to cost. The consultation and the written estimate are free.

Accurate budgeting, up front
We price the work carefully rather than optimistically, and put the numbers in front of you with an emphasis on transparency, so the budget you approve is the budget the project runs to.

Stewards of the build
We get involved early and keep an open line with you throughout, working alongside your architect or designer where there is one. Think of us as stewards of the project — guiding it safely and effectively to completion.

An open line through the build — what is happening this week and next, and decisions raised before they become urgent.

Finished, cleaned and walked through
Nothing is called done until the detail is right and the site is clean. We walk the finished job with you before we hand the keys back — the part clients single out as “the crew kept the site clean” and “exceeded our expectations.”

A finished job walked through with you, and a site left clean — the thing our reviews name right after “on-time.”
