Not all projects are huge renovations
Not all projects are huge renovations. We provide services for many unique projects, and no job is too small — which in practice means the built-in nobody will quote for, the drainage problem after a wet spring, or the one room that has been on the list for three years.
It is also how a lot of our long-term clients started. One Winchester household has now used us several times across five years; another describes their latest project as the third or fourth major job we have done for them.
The jobs other contractors decline
Small scopes are awkward to schedule, which is why they get ignored. We keep room for them — a repair, a custom piece, a single room — and price them honestly rather than punitively.
Drainage, water and the unglamorous fixes
Flood repair and drainage work is a real part of what we do in older greater Boston housing stock. It is rarely the project anyone wants, and it is usually the one that protects everything else in the house.
