Whole-Home Renovations
The whole house, one crew, one sequence
A whole-home renovation is not six projects happening near each other. It is one long sequence where every trade is waiting on the one before it, and where a single missed decision in week two shows up as a four-week delay in month four.
Our own project photographs show what that looks like in practice — a staircase taken back to framing and rebuilt, kitchen cabinetry and an island going in, bedrooms taken from bare plaster through to furnished, all in the same house.
One sequence, held to
Structure first, then mechanicals, then the closing-in, then finishes. Because the same crew carries the whole job, nobody arrives to find the previous trade has not finished and nobody has to be chased back for a punch list item.
You are kept in it
We get involved early and forge an open bond with the client — in practice, that means you know what is happening this week and next, and you are told about a decision before it becomes urgent rather than after.
